International Fellowship is a year-long leadership capacity-building program that brings together a network of 50 passionate and high-potential youth to become effective change agents committed to informed action.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVE

The program aims to bring forth the next generation of globally oriented and locally committed ethical leaders, who possess the universal values of pluralism, inclusiveness and justice, by equipping them with the necessary skills to lead the wave of change at this time of transition and uncertainties.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP CAPACITY BUILDING

The leadership training provided in the program does not focus on leadership skills only, but also focuses on developing the character of leadership.

MENTORING & COACHING

Participants will have access to high-caliber professional mentorship and coaching opportunities.

INTEGRATED LEARNING APPROACH

A focused and structured learning experience, both online and offline, for developing skills and the understanding needed to lead and affect positive impact in their respective communities.

GLOBAL EXPOSURE

Participation in both international and regional retreats and the opportunity to connect with an international network of like-minded young leaders, activists, and change agents through the fellowship cohort.

IMPACT DRIVEN FUTURE-FOCUSED NETWORK

The program is neither built in isolation from the real-world problems surrounding us, nor from the future challenges we might face. It is an impact-driven, future-orientated program that focuses on the individual and the network as a collective.

1Foundational & Core Personal DevelopmentPhase 1 aims to equip participants with tools of reasoning and critical thinking.This phase focuses on understanding and conceptualizing core subjects, such as epistemology, history of ideas and future literacy.
2Strategic Leadership skillsThrough hands-on training, workshops, lectures and diverse group activities, this phase’s focal point is capacity building skills such as strategic planning, leadership and interpersonal skills (facilitation, negotiations, motivation). 
3System Change & Applied Leadership The second round of the RLE focuses on systematic analytical thinking, networking and innovation. In addition, it engages participants in the analysis and deconstruction of complex phenomena to obtain a deeper understanding of the challenges, problems and potential solutions.
4Community Leadership & Social ImpactTo help participants generate ideas and solutions for the pressing challenges of their regions, the Regional Retreat(s) focuses on community leadership, social entrepreneurship, innovation and context analysis. 
5System Change & Applied Leadership  + Applied Team ProjectsIn order to support the group project implementation through facilitation and group mentorship, the final round of the RLE 2, is focused on strategic project management and team-building and collaboration.
